Why we started Wynd Tackle?
Our designs are products of frustration. We have always seen the need for a better way to store flies and tackle that are rigged via tippet and leaders. We feel that it is imperative to have a fly or tackle storage system that accommodates just that. With Wynd Tackle products, there will be no more time wasted untangling disorganized fishing rigs. We all know, if our lines aren't in the water, then we aren't catching fish.

Our ideas were born on the waters of Northern Michigan while fishing for salmon and developed into products suited for both offshore and fly fishing; we saw that we could help anglers from river to sea.
